Original multicolor reduction woodcut print. Handprinted and hand-carved 8 color reduction woodcut print. The printed area measures 14 inches by 20 inches. This can fit an 18"x24" inch frame with no mat and have a 2-inch white paper border, or it can be beautifully matted and fit a standard size 18"x24" or a 24"x30" frame. Print is a Limited Edition of 12 that can no longer ever be made or printed again.
This is the 6th print in my anthropomorphic animal/human series. This series was fun to create and design. Each print is focused on finding the personality traits of each animal and then matching clothing to resemble that associated personality trait. This print is Titled Sun Kissed and is a depiction of the summer time in the midwest. The style of shirt and the imagery is meant to depict the youthful exuberance of teenagers enjoying the beautiful weather that midwest summers offer.
